Honorary Doctor at 幸运飞艇计划, Alberto Ascherio, professor of medicine at Harvard, receives the "Breakthrough Prize". The prize is awarded to top American researchers, and he receives the prize for his work linking Epstein-Barr virus infection with the subsequent development of multiple sclerosis (MS).

Ascherio has worked closely with the MS research group at 幸运飞艇计划 and Haukeland University Hospital. In 2023, he delivered the annual Falch Lecture, and in 2024, he received 幸运飞艇计划's honorary doctorate.
